Recently, deeply unhappy with My Aged Care person who was to speak with me, but cancelled my case, because ‘made no contact.’ That included a call I answered, but was on way to dentist, couldn’t talk. No effort to ring later, or set a time that suited me. I phoned My Aged Care, gave some feedback Today, a helpful person on phone, clarifying feedback. Appreciated that.
