Sheesh. I just got out of the dentist's office and feel more like I spent my time at a used car dealer. The dentist said I have a couple old fillings that are cracked and will require a crown to repair them. Then he takes me to the front desk and up pops the closer with her handy tablet laying out multiple financing options. 12,18,24,36 months. All we need is your debit card to get you started. Every time I asked a question her response ended with all I need is a debit card to get you started. Finally I said oh drat I seem to have left my debit card at home. Maybe the fact that I've seen four different dental hygienists and an equal number of dentists in two years going to this place should have been a tip-off? Neither tooth is bothering me so hopefully I survive 6 months until I'm covered for another visit and find a new practice.
