Wooden nails, made by us, mounted and hammered in pre drilled holes.
The rule of the fit, for the nail, is that it should be so tight that a normal hammer is not sufficient to hammer it in, but you need a small sledge.
Real good work today.
We put up these diagonal beams, 8 today. All by man power, two on the ground and two on top with ropes. Well coordinated work, we were in a good flow.
Tomorrow the will do some cool work, but i will work at home on the house.
Lots of problems today, all resolved. To make this structure you do a lot of work in separated stages, and when you put the theory to practice, not all the thinking is perfect. But these guys are real good at meeting problems with a calm mind and deal with it, that's the work. Actually.
Pretty happy to get to be a part of it.
