For years I have been hoping for a FLOSS alternative to "Adobe Scan", the Android app to scan receipts (essentially) with automatic cropping + deskewing + cleanups + OCR, and there was nothing… until three months ago, where #FairScan just materialized out of the blue, and I discovered it today: https://www.fairscan.org
