What we have that helps a lot of people out is social security. If you're out of job, or get somehow incapable of work, you're not out on the street with no food. You get reimbursements for your kids' school tuition. We have good public infrastructure so even people who can't afford a car can have a good means of traveling to their jobs and make something of their lives.
To the average USA citizen I see online, all those things are "communism" and therefore unquestionably evil. The system you guys have was made by people not held accountable for their corruption. If you can get rid of the corruption, you may save your society.
