Since you mention that the simple Feynman diagram for electron/positron annihilation is not physical, the same is true about the two others. You cannot satisfy the conservation of energy-momentum on-shell for these diagrams. And that's lucky, otherwise electrons in vacuum would spontaneously emit photons.
