Things I have been doing to aid healing and to hopefully lessen the likelihood of getting longcovid symptoms again:
-Electrolytes and so much water. Magnesium. Despite this my heartrate has been very high.
-Antihistamines, H1 and H2 blockers both.
-Maximum amount of sleep. Audiobook on and sleeping in my nest.
-Melatonin.
-Daily kefir, kombucha, yogurt. Two probiotics and lactoferrin. The GI issues and nausea have been the most disabling previous times.
-A diy pep bottle
-Vagus nerve breathing
