I don’t expect anything from you, and certainly don’t judge you.

Re. giving up freedoms, though, isn’t that what distinguishes society from chaos? I give up the freedom to murder, rape, steal and oppress (not that I have desire to do those things) in the hope that those things won’t be done to me.

I get that many subscribe to anarchism and hoping for the best, but there are arseholes out there (like Trump!) who will always do what’s best for them, not society.
