I hate to say it but in my experience the support chat bot “AI” is actually… pretty good? It sometimes gives me personalized answers based on my account/site settings, which is always surprising.

Also from what I can tell they are leaning in “AI” for Shopify the business — but it isn’t something that impacts my business or site directly. (So far any features can be turned off.)
