There really isn't any evidence Candy Dolls is "illegal" under US federal laws. The Dost test is an attempt to define a ""lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area". The original case involved nudity and most cases I can find where people made the legal argument "X isn't legally child porn" were spy cams in locker rooms/bathrooms and stripping children in their sleep then taking a picture of their genitalia. Kind of something most people would intuitively think is child porn.
