I agree. There's only so much time you can live in denial. Remember though hes an old man so changing his mind is especially difficult.
He does write a lot of good documentation, he could be a strong force in the Monero community, which is the true freedom money community he associates with. Imagine if he could use his time increasing Monero adoption instead of arguing with 80 IQ Saylor drones about how financialization of Bitcoin is bad.
