Right—that was Minsk II, I think, which for some reason included Russia as a party to talks regarding a dispute among Ukrainians. Russia subsequently conducted a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, so I’m wondering how you envision those talks unfolding, ie, what concessions should the Ukrainian people offer to appease Russia to end its aggression?
