One thing I would really love this cycle is to get a Tiny House built, on a nice template. Initially simply for personal family use.
I can't help but think building bespoke Tiny Houses for UK Bitcoiners would be a great business model and fit for the setup you're putting together. It's also something I'd be very interested to get involved with design, marketing and funding wise. Something like https://www.kabncompany.com/
