I pretty much followed the package instructions, but I had to learn what "lowest setting" means for my stove. I tried the 1st batch with 2/9, which was way too low, and 3/9 for the 2nd batch, which made it excellent. Not a single grain burnt, all fluffy and exactly like it should be. For the seasoning, I used a pre-mixed seasoning from the shop, but I used a little less than they suggested.
