This Footage is Misleading ! When She Scans the Clock there is No signal received. If Device detects a signal 5 blue Lights Light up and the Alert sounds. Yes you could see the Camera lens with the infrared light but the Alert would not sound ! Why would they mess with the Audio ? (The More lights/sound activated the closer to the signal you are if its a WiFi camera)
