Did you have a favorite tree when you were a kid? For a time my family lived in Pennsylvania, and there was a very large crab apple tree behind the house. It was that perfect sort of tree that had a wide, nearly horizontal branch that you could climb up to and lie down on very comfortably. I would sit in that tree and daydream, problem solve, come up with ideas. When the apples were ripe, I'd nibble them a bit. Now, it reminds me of Shel Silverstein's "The Giving Tree." 💚 🍏
