1 - Had a long-awaited rheumatology physio appointment today for my #hEDS and they were absolutely brilliant. Haven’t felt so fully heard, understood and supported by a clinician in years. 🥹
2 - Treated myself to a big cute squish pillow for legit medical reasons - really! - AND it came up half price at the till. (Asda £10) 😺
3 - The blokes who were booked in to do a small roof job turned up despite the rain, so fingers crossed it’s worked. ☔️
