Have to disagree:
- Bitcoin P2P network is a very important piece of bitcoin decentralisation, underappreciated and undervalued. We must protect it as much as possible (and improve it making it more resilient, silent, etc...)
- There's no security budget problem. Bitcoin owners must and will protect the network. And if they don't, it's because they don't really understand it and bitcoin has failed.
