That is a surveillance coin where each transaction is monitored by authorities which have again and again arrested or punished people when paying the "wrong" things since they see everything. Therefore it is a fedcoin that is publicly embraced by western governments and called a "store of value" or whatever bullshit they invent.
On the other hand, the true revolution is found on the cryptocurrencies that the same governments forbid or heavily censor.
Monero is such case.
