yeah I just discover the CMOS battery issue so I'm working on getting that addressed. The guy changed the battery without realizing it was an rechargeable ML battery and not a CR battery. I have a replacement coming Friday, but I'm going to contact framework support for the permanent fix for the CMOS battery. Good thing this was documented, otherwise I would have been confused about why it wouldn't boot.
