it’s wild to me that this now a novel thing. I’m enjoying people discovering RSS for the first time too. I just assumed everybody still had their own blog. Mine’s been around since 1996.
One of the best things was setting up my own URL shortener with https://yourls.org. That way I can have a permanent URL for things like newsletters or podcasts that use 3rd party services and just switch out the underlying URL if I change provider.
