I guess. It's based on the observation that healthy food costs more than shelf-stable ultra-processed food, and that gym memberships are expensive and require a time investment that is not available to people who need to work long hours just to stay afloat.
I am currently reassessing my own priorities to figure out if I can affoed an off-peak gym membership. Fortunately, I have a job that has flexible working hours, so I can probably make it work.
