I've just found out about checkmsg.org and had this epiphany: If it's possible to cryptographically sign a Nostr note (cc: jb55 (npub1xts…kk5s) would that be an easy NIP?) then all you need for "NostrHub" is
(1) a markup language Nostr client for code collab, like GitHub is, and
(2) a permission system (who owns, who reads, who can change), which sounds like it can be done by multisig, then voila.
Remember me when that sweet reward is out 😄
