Que cliente estas usando? Amethyst te deja configurar "Media Servers" (NIP-96 Server) en el cual podes elejir donde el cliente de nostr sube los videos, hay opciones como:
- https://nostr.build/
- https://void.cat/
- https://nostpic.com
etc.
En Primal creo no es posible.
