SO many "publishing" companies are insanely invested in preserving their walled garden. For example, I'm not a Spotify user, but was recently given a link to their site for an artist I wanted to check out. The artist's name is somewhat long and complicated, so I wanted to copy and paste it into YouTube, etc.
Nope, copy-paste not possible from Spotify.
I'm still not a Spotify user, and probably never will be.
