Yeah I'd say I definitely know what I'm doing. I have mom's system with a dual boot setup.
She has Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC (to maximize her lifespan on Windows) and Linux Mint MATE. I made her GRUB bootloader look really pretty and she's able to pick whichever OS she wants at boot.
