I follow the "fedi block bot" and... why the F do I occasionally see a notification about a server being blocked for "CP"? Shouldn't that be impossible to host on the clearnet without quickly getting raided by FBI, Interpol, etc.?

Initially I thought these block notifications were referring to lolicon material or such, but today I've actually seen a block notice that said something like "this server says loli, but it's actually CP" so what the hell is going on there?

I don't even want to investigate this too closely myself for obvious reasons, but it's making me curious/worried because I always assumed it was practically impossible to openly serve illegal content like that without using a Tor HS or something.
