DAY 40 Third day of practical test. A little disappointed in myself, could have done better. There was time but I was scared that things would snowball in a bad way and didn’t even try. I’m sure I passed but I want to retain my B and maybe I messed it up today. Oh well, no point in crying over spilled milk or whatever (but I will, I’ll be annoyed for days). #BakerySchool #Baking #BecomingABaker
