Hi Ian, sounds like you need a crash course in how to deal with how to treat encryption.

The old account model is pretty different. There are different ways to store your private keys both for Nostr and Monero/Bitcoin.

Amber provides a key storage and you get a seed phrase. The same if you use a hardware wallet for your cryptocurrencies.

As long as you have the "seed" on paper or steele you can always authorize/sign actions both on Nostr protocol as well as on Bitcoin/Monero later.

Seed phrases should be protected and in general not being stored on internet connected devices.
