No lawns around here, alas, but I have a found wish that whoever he lives next to when he moves out of here is more inclined to resolve things physically than I am.

His general attitude seems to be 'what are you gonna do about it? I have sent the Council and my landlord has spoken to them, it only made him worse. But the next person might not be as disabled and law-abiding as me.
