My two cents: Everyone’s luck runs out at some point, but I think his downfall will be of his own making.

There was this interview where he was clearly on drugs and regularly crying, and even the best healthcare in the world could not sustain him forever. He may also simply do something mortally stupid because he’s bored.

Until then, he will probably be a right-wing “useful idiot” (as the Brits call it) and poster boy until his usefulness runs its course.
