I was just resetting a laptop for a friend (so they can gift it to another of their friends). using the built-in reset tools on a dell laptop - at least the modern ones, is refreshing. however! windows 11 updates are slooooooow - what is wrong at microsoft right now (besides all of the obvious things)?
