every human being is a moral agent by nature
it’s a persons mode of being to think in terms of “good” “bad” “better” “worse”
that’s the floor, so i play into that.
every person is already doing enough “philosophy” when they get up in the morning to get the ethics.
but not everyone has the “economic chops”
i see it the other way around.
every person can recognize ethical case.
most people who can get the economics have already.
point out how fiat aggresses upon them. they recognize that’s bad.
ask them questions to make them think about why they have justified that aggression in the past.
they will have to tear down the mental walls in their own mind, and imo that work will make them “philosophically” strong enough so the rest.
meet them where they are as people
speak to, encourge and train
watch them grow and actualize their “philosophical” potential as a human being
