One of my favorite movies as a child was Over the Top with Sylvester Stalone.
Those days of Personal Conveyance are long gone unfortunately.
Up here in Canada, it took us a little longer to make them mandatory but only by two years.
It would have never happened here if it wasn't for this....
The guy had just a few hours of training upon arriving in the country and didnt speak english. Killed a bus full of hockey players 😟
