Artists: if you are doing a commission how do you feel about getting a collage of images from your customer suggestive of the style and poses they want? I always worry about being too controlling or demanding. And I have ambitions of making completing the commission rewarding real creative work for any artists I work with. I’m taking about the world of small commissions in the $100-$300 range where you might get one revision— probably 4 hours of work tops.
