To encourage more of my music community to move to Fedi, I set April 15th for deleting Meta, spamming “I’m leaving!” on every post til then.
Pixelfed could be a straight swap for many of them.
Was really hoping the dev could learn and change, but it’s not gonna happen, is it.
AND stuff like:
- Pixelfed.social is so often down, their users’ photos are invisible in the app for me
- “import from Insta” is usually turned off, and that is the main reason people wanna try it
