Wrong. I bought monero 2016/2017 at around $60, it barely 3x'd in all those years. When you look in BTC terms it's a huge opportunity cost.
Also it has infinite inflation and you can‘t really audit supply. Likely can easily be 51% attacked.
It may be interesting for anon payments but it's surely not a store of value. That said, not sure it solves payments better than LN/ecash swaps.
