Tools are not the solution. Parents have to know what their kids do, stay in contact and don't use the device as babysitter.
I don't restrict my children, but they have a strong sense what they can and should do on the Internet. We talked a lot about what they do and where and with who they should have contact, private and public profiles and talking to strangers.
I will not pull a Von Der Leyen and do pseudo security.
