I despise writing his name and affording him legitimacy - so I use subtle variations of his surname.
Not a fan of using nicknames such as shit-gibbon or orange Cheeto.
Given that Canada is on a war-footing with USA, it's going to be difficult to avoid his name, no matter how it's written.
