Cheers caffs. Yes prob same as tums. It been driving me mad... up all night, night before last. Have seen improvement after giving up fizzy drinks recently. Just took a prescription equivalent that dad had to take with some of his other tablets and that's brought fantastic relief this morning.... might have to get myself some of that from gp. Been causing me to cough a lot to at times.

How's things with you Caffs? Been checking in with you all from time to time. Not been here much as looking after parent with dementia and my God that's time consuming.... but missed all my little minions. Lol
