ICE was yelling at the woman to move her car.
It looks like she was moving her car when one of the ICE thugs decided to shoot her.
The car did not appear to be moving very quickly when the shots rang out.
Do you think the ICE agent was truly "fearing for his life" as the official ICE statement says?
