we were talking about gender. that's not reducible to gamete sizes. gametes don't attack vulnerable people, they don't compete in sports, and they don't have rights. we're talking about people here, people who express genders. genders are mostly social constructs, even if they have biological foundations and some correlation with the definition you brought of sex.
