Possible hot Fire Emblem take: I think there should be a return to relatively low growth rates. While the randomness and replayability it brings is great, I don't like how quickly some units can snowball and outclass everything else, like in Awakening for example.
Actually, Engage's did feel a bit lower than 3H's now that I think about it. I wonder if that was the case.
