"content": "Last week I had the unusual pleasure of seeing an aurora borealis myself. One that even reached beyond 50°N. Just before going to bed I stood at the window for minutes, trying to figure out whether I was looking at drifting clouds or already an aurora. Then it started. And it was obvious. More obvious than I’ve ever seen it here. Jacket and beanie on, and out I went. It was wonderful, ridiculously strong. I only shot a few phone photos, mostly as evidence so people would actually believe me. That was enough of an excuse to buy a tripod, which is now waiting for its first proper outing. 😄\n\n\n\n#Photography #Squared #Orion\nhttps://pixelfed.de/storage/m/_v2/343731392834939742/ffe7c43a6-a8b5f2/ZrEZxLE20uxp/506QdLts7eQrCCS7Orir5VLvl0tFzdMkyHj8PFvi.jpg\n",
