I even began learning some #guile #scheme (which I plan to continue regardless BTW)&#xA;&#xA;But for the love of me the distro just did not support wireless networking on my testing laptop, even using the `non-guix` repo. and a wireless enabled unofficial ISO, thanks &#xA;npub16ex6xf76nklaqv6slwtcjn3pq6f0558p8pp8ney70755jqmahywstnl9hd&#xA;&#xA;The package manager was a nightmare to setup on #archlinux and on #debian forever failed to build a basic package like `chezmoi`&#xA;&#xA;Maybe I&#39;m too stupid and old and #guix is just too hardcore for me now.&#xA;&#xA;So onto #nixos it is, which I had some very fond memories of the time it&#39;s package manager allowed to setup a development environment on an obsolete Macbook Air. It was the pandemic and #nixos made that Macbook usable despite #osx</html></oembed>
