And I mean really not too much.&#xA;&#xA;Even in Brazil, where they speak portugues. Sometimes the middle ground is spanish, as they dont speak english. (But fortunately in many places they do...)&#xA;&#xA;So start that duolingo or babel before you go. The more basic stuff you understand, the better off you will get.
