You could do a cmd/ctrl + R refresh on the browser or quit & restart the app. It usually helps with cache issues. If it's performance issues: try to reduce the Social network (on Settings) to lesser degrees (for example, test with 2 or 3) and see whether it makes a difference. We have changed a lot this week to make Iris more local and resilient. Some things may be broken in the process though.
