Not quite ALL bitcoin; some of it is keeping on top of broader macro news and geopolitics, but at 2x speed...yea I have to at least be hitting 40 hours worth of content. Truth be told though I'd probably be better to listen less and read more. It is a handy way to utilize time spent doing other chores though.
