<oembed><type>rich</type><version>1.0</version><title>🟠 isolabellart wrote</title><author_name>🟠 isolabellart (npub17n…6950x)</author_name><author_url>https://yabu.me/npub17nd4yu9anyd3004pumgrtazaacujjxwzj36thtqsxskjy0r5urgqf6950x</author_url><provider_name>njump</provider_name><provider_url>https://yabu.me</provider_url><html>This often happens in ‘open’ protocols: a city is built without a centre, in the belief that absolute freedom is enough to bring it to life.&#xA;But without a sense of direction, people come in, look around, get bored and leave.&#xA;&#xA;Too much choice on #Nostr often ends in choosing nothing.&#xA;&#xA;Confusion reigns supreme, and the appeal feels almost nonexistent.&#xA;&#xA;Too many clients.&#xA;Too many relays.&#xA;Too many ways to do the same thing.&#xA;No clear narrative.&#xA;No real sense of “this is what happens here.”&#xA;&#xA;For normal people the experience is often:&#xA;&#xA;&gt; “Okay… now where do I go?&#xA;&gt; Who should I follow?&#xA;&gt; Which app am I supposed to use?&#xA;&gt; Why does this place feel empty or fragmented?”&#xA;&#xA;And when a platform forces users to make ten decisions before they even feel enjoyment, most people won’t choose. They’ll leave.&#xA;&#xA;The problem isn’t just UX.&#xA;It’s cultural identity.&#xA;&#xA;People don’t join social networks to “own the protocol.”&#xA;They join to:&#xA;feel alive,&#xA;be seen,&#xA;find their tribe,&#xA;have fun,&#xA;desire something.&#xA;&#xA;Nostr still speaks mostly in the language of infrastructure: keys, relays, censorship resistance, protocol freedom.&#xA;&#xA;Important things, yes.&#xA;But emotionally cold for the average person.&#xA;&#xA;Technology alone does not create culture.&#xA;At best, it prepares the ground.&#xA;&#xA;People stay where they feel presence, rhythm, atmosphere, identity.&#xA;Not where they have to configure the world before using it.&#xA;&#xA;GM, survivors.</html></oembed>
