"nostr:" is the way to make a Nostr native reference to another event; using an URL basically pull people out of their clients and makes them go to a website (some clients happen to interpret these URLs such that they will open them in the client, but its best to stick to the correct method). Inside yakihonne ''post in a note'' option does this automatically for you. The other option is to select "Copy naddr", and add the "nostr:" infront of it manually.
